Google reportedly interested in buying Yahoo. Google was deciding how much money they should spend to acquire Yahoo.
According to relevant sources Google has been discussed with at least two other companies to help purchase Yahoo. As quoted by Reuters, there is no agreement reached. Google has not been willing parties to comment on the news.
Besides Google, Microsoft reportedly also intends to acquire Yahoo. The news that Yahoo will be sold more widely after CEO Carol Bartz left recently. Yahoo still has a high value. Their assets such as significant traffic or Flickr photo-sharing service with 250 million users.
