Selena Gomez has reportedly been dealing with a stalker who is finally in court for the matter, but has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Thomas Brodnicki has pleaded not guilty to one count of stalking, states RadarOnline.com. If he is found guilty of stalking the young star, he could face a maximum of three years in prison.
The man’s bail has reportedly been set at $150,000. Brodnicki will next be in court on November 16, 2011.
Gomez’s alleged stalker is accused of threatening to kill her and also coming to her place of work.
